Your CDA can recognize the skills you use every day with young children. Alaska SEED offers an award that may reimburse qualifying CDA application or renewal expenses, subject to its current funding and rules.
The award concerns an eligible CDA credential fee. It is not a blanket promise to pay for the full 120-hour training program or every expense involved in earning a CDA.
Applicants should maintain active Alaska SEED Registry membership and meet the award's current employment and documentation requirements. Check the award limit and process before paying a fee; do not assume reimbursement will be approved.
Read the current rules: Alaska SEED CDA Application/Renewal Award.
If you are still working toward 120 hours, explore ChildCareEd's CDA Family Child Care Credential with Portfolio Review. Choose the CDA setting that matches the children you serve.
